Not gonna lie, I miss the time when the Internet was pretty amateurish and low-key.
Social media was still in its infancy.
People cared more about being genuine than tracking key metrics.
That’s probably why I’ve kept coming back here, on and off, all this while.
I lost the spark I once had for long-form writing.
I think I’ve spent far too much time trying to rekindle it.
Perhaps it’s not about rekindling a lost spark, but about reopening the door.
Just one foot in the door.
